Who does not enjoy french fries? However, these little fries can sabotage your weight loss goals. Baked fries, however, can be a way of still enjoying french fries while sticking to your diet. Cut your potatoes about a 1/2” thick, put them into a bowl with a tbsp. of oil, then lightly add a pinch of rosemary (optional), salt, and pepper; bake one layer for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Gently lift them so they don’t stick, flip them over and then continue baking for about 10 more minutes.
