Combat this by building healthier but still appealing snacks into your plan. When temptation strikes, you’ll already have a list of foods you can eat instead of the unhealthy ones.

Weight loss surgery is not without its drawbacks, with up to one in five patients suffering complications that need a second surgery. Some patients also develop nutritional deficiencies. Also, the rapid and sudden weight loss after surgery can lead to gallstones. Also keep in mind that losing weight with a surgical procedure doesn’t mean you won’t still need to diet and exercise to maintain the weight loss.
