Nobody wants to take a shower or bath, cleaning themselves, only to see the dirty, dirty shower curtain. Unfortunately, the shower will get dirty. Because of such circumstances and in such a wet soap scum build up – well, it will be a dirty shower curtain is in your hands. Fortunately, there are some things you can do to clean up the shower curtain.

You can wash the shower curtains in the basic everyday clothes washer. Just use about 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of bleach. Then add white towels and a normal amount of regular detergent and run the machine. Also use some liquid fabric softener. Do not run your hot machine – plastic shower curtain can melt.

When you’re done washing the shower curtain, do not place it in the dryer (again, might melt). Instead, just put it up for a regular place on the shower rod and let it drip dry.

No matter what kind of shower curtain is made of fabric, vinyl or plastic, then paste it into the washing machine with a cup of baking soda and vinegar instead of bleach. It is also a good idea to read the label on the shower curtain to check the warnings and recommendations.
