The changing lifestyle of women around the world suffer from obesity problems. If there is no amount of diet control or exercise will help the police, the women turned to the popular and much advertised diet pills. However, the various diet pills work in different ways, and the fact that the pill worked magically for your friend doesn’t necessarily mean that it will work for you. Know what the real match ody type, you must first get to know the various ways in which these pills work.
There are three categories of weight loss supplements:
Calorie burners: These include stimulants, such as temporarily increasing the metabolism, and if you burn more calories. But it also often increases the heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety. Together with an effective component of these aids, caffeine, green tea, guarana, and one of the most dangerous, “natural herbal” option called Ephedra or Ma Huang. However, there are diet pills for women who have successfully lost weight in all likelihood Ephedra or Ma Huang, without serious side effects.
Appetite suppressants: These include many of the calorie-burning stimulants listed above, as well as Citrimax (Garcinia Cambogia fruit from) and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). Studies show that Citrimax appears to be a safe choice, and suppresses appetite in some women, and helps the user to not regain weight. CLA appears to be safe and may not be useful. Many of the prescription weight loss drugs such as Redux, Phenom, Phenom, Meridian, and Buproprion (or Wellbutrin) work by reducing the appetite. But some linked to serious side effects (such as Phenom, Phenom, and heart valve damage). In general, the greatest weight loss will generally be used within six months of the appetite suppressants. Clinical studies suggest that if the patient does not lose at least 4 weeks, 4 pounds of a certain appetite suppressant, the diet pill that is not likely to help the patient to any significant weight loss.
Absorption blockers: These products may block the intestine from absorbing or carbohydrates (Carbo-blockers) and fat (chitosan), that more of what goes in comes out. Carbohydrate blockers are often made from soy, or white kidney beans in a safe sound. But the studies showed a loss of copper and zinc in the body, and no evidence of weight loss. Plus, if this does not work the fat off “the junk” can bring you just ate a fat-soluble vitamins (such as vitamins A, D, E and K).
You can choose any of the above options, but the universal truth is that any diet pill works best when combined with exercise and healthy eating habits. In general, weight loss is not so easily and so quickly that many companies in the food aid. The fact that the weight loss pills are sold over the counter, does not guarantee that everyone is safe. Because they are “food supplements”, the FDA does not test most of these products can not be sure what the label says is what a bottle! Moreover, the assertion that food aid “all natural” or “herbal” does not guarantee security. The last word of caution, saying that women who are pregnant or breastfeeding do not use weight loss products.
